COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective, and free. Everyone 6 months and older should get an updated COVID-19 vaccine/booster.
COVID-19 vaccines are free for people living in the U.S. through their private health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid plan. For adults without health insurance and adults whose insurance does not cover all vaccine costs, they can still get a free COVID vaccine through CDC’s Bridge Access Program.
